Sini boleh bayar saman kah?

Ok eventually i went and pay my summon last friday...
People say pay early got discount...

I repeated that sentence 'Sini boleh bayar saman kah?' for dunno how many times that day...
Let's count and see...

Without knowing the exact place to pay,
I drove to PJ State and i saw MBPJ so i drove in and asked the guard...

Me: Sini boleh bayar saman kah? (1)
Guard: Boleh!
Me: Police punya wo?
Guard: Oh tak boleh.
Me: Then bayar mane?
Guard: Kat police station sana. (finger pointing at a direction)

Then i drove to the direction he was pointing and i found the police station.

Me: Sini boleh bayar saman kah? (2)
Police: Oh saman u kena keluar sini, pusing kiri sana...

Then i drove to that place. Wanted to park inside but outsider cars are not allowed.

Me: Sini boleh bayar saman kah? (3)
Police: Boleh tapi u kena park kat sana (opposite) baru jalan sini...

Arghh, why must they make things so miserable?
I went in there and looked at the sign board searching for 'kaunter saman'.
It directed me to the 1st floor...

Me: Er, saya mau bayar saman.
Police: Saman bukan sini la depan sana masuk dalam.

STUPID signboard!!!

Walked there...

Me: Sini boleh bayar saman kah? (4)
Police: Bukan sini, sebelah...

Crap...

Finally i reached the DESTINY!!!

Police: ok 30 ringgit.
Me: Har, tak boleh kurang sikit ar? saya masih student la tak ada duit. Then hor ini
bukan salah saya o........bla bla bla....
Police: Tak ada duit masih ada kereta ma.
Me: Kerera bapa saya punya ma.
Police: Suruh bapa bayar la.
Me: Speechless...

Malaysia's police... tegas, adil, berhemah? None at all...
Spending our tax payers money for nothing...
They don't solve crime efficiently, people are living in danger all the time...
What they are best at?

WRITE US SUMMONS LA!!!!!

THE STUPIDEST JOB ON EARTH ARE THOSE WHO WRITE SUMMONS...
TELL ME WHAT IS THE CONTRIBUTION TO THE SOCIETY IN WRITING SUMMONS?

I'VE GOT SUMMONED!!!

Ok my 'fault' was 'halangan lalulintas'...
And you know what, it's really NOT my fault...

My STUPID college does not allow us to park inside that day, then we have no where else to park unless at d road side...
Then the STUPID neighbour INTAN building's people(i don't even know what the hell it is) made a complain to the police...

That is how all of us got our 'ang pao' from POLICE DIRAJA MALAYSIA...

We complain to the college management, and they kick us around like football as usual...
In conclusion, they say they will try to help us REVERSE our summonses...

HOW ON EARTH IS THAT POSSIBLE?

*Pls don't even DREAM about it ok my dear...
